Store retrieval credentials securely and bind access to the purchased operation. A meeting guest link is not a transcript credential, and a public receipt is not a password.

Collect only the fields needed for the task. Agree retention and deletion requirements before sharing sensitive information, and verify those requirements against the applicable service contract. Do not assume a retention period from a marketing page.
